What we expect. What you can expect.

This handbook covers everything you need to know as a Staffing Limitless worker. Read it before your first shift.

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your shift start time.
  • If you cannot make your shift, call (706) 707-6418 as early as possible — at least 2 hours before your start time.
  • No-call/no-show on your first offense results in a quality score deduction and formal warning.
  • Second no-call/no-show results in immediate deactivation from the Staffing Limitless roster.
  • During your first 30 days, any missed day without prior approval disqualifies referral bonuses for the person who referred you.
  • We understand emergencies happen. Call us — communication is always better than silence.

Dress Code & PPE

  • Steel-toe boots are required at all job sites. You must provide your own.
  • All other PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, hearing protection, hi-vis vests) will be provided by the client at the job site.
  • Wear appropriate work clothing: long pants, closed-toe shoes, no loose jewelry or clothing that could catch in machinery.
  • After your first week, you may be offered a Staffing Limitless branded shirt. Wearing it on-site is appreciated but not mandatory.

On-Site Conduct

  • No cell phones on the warehouse or production floor. Keep them in your vehicle or locker.
  • Follow all client facility rules, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.
  • No horseplay, harassment, or unsafe behavior. Zero tolerance.
  • If you are unsure how to do something, ask before doing it.
  • Treat client staff and fellow workers with respect at all times.
  • You represent Staffing Limitless on every job site. Your performance reflects on all of us.

Safety & Injuries

  • Report all injuries immediately — no matter how minor. Tell your on-site supervisor AND call Staffing Limitless at (706) 707-6418.
  • If you see a safety hazard (spill, broken equipment, missing guard), report it immediately. Do not ignore it.
  • You have the right to refuse unsafe work. If you feel a task is dangerous, speak up.
  • Workers compensation insurance covers you while on assignment. If you are injured on the job, your medical expenses are covered.

Pay & Timesheets

  • Pay is weekly, every Friday, via direct deposit.
  • Your timesheet is generated automatically when you check in and check out of a shift.
  • If you believe your hours are incorrect, contact us within 48 hours.
  • Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours over 40 in a week.
  • Paystubs are available through your Stripe dashboard.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

  • You may be required to pass a drug screen before your first assignment.
  • Random drug testing may occur during employment.
  • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol on a job site results in immediate termination.
  • Prescription medications that may affect your ability to work safely must be disclosed to your staffing coordinator.

Performance Bonus

We reward reliability. Your quality score starts at 100 and is tracked based on attendance, punctuality, and client feedback.

  • Reliable — 90+ score after 10 shifts → +$0.50/hr on every shift
  • Top Performer — 95+ score after 20 shifts → +$1.00/hr on every shift
  • Elite — perfect 100 score after 30 shifts → +$1.50/hr on every shift

Bonuses are applied automatically to your paycheck. Combined with the referral bonus (up to $2.00/hr), you can earn up to $3.50/hr above base pay.

Important: Performance bonuses are separate line items on your paycheck — they are not changes to your base wage. Your base hourly rate stays the same. Bonuses appear as:

  • Quality Performance Bonus: +$X.XX
  • Referral Bonus: +$X.XX

Bonuses are reviewed each pay period based on your current quality score. If your score drops below your tier threshold (due to no-call/no-shows, client complaints, or safety violations), your bonus will adjust down to the tier you qualify for. Maintain your performance and the bonus stays.

Referral Program

  • Refer friends using your personal referral code (shown after you apply).
  • When 5 referrals complete 30 days of assignments with zero missed days, you earn a $1/hr permanent raise.
  • Maximum referral raise: $2/hr (10 qualified referrals).
  • If a referral misses a day, you can request a special review by contacting us.

Termination & Deactivation

  • You may be deactivated from the Staffing Limitless roster for:
    • Two or more no-call/no-shows
    • Failed drug screen
    • Safety violations
    • Harassment or misconduct
    • Client complaint with documented cause
    • Quality score below 30
  • Deactivation decisions can be appealed by calling (706) 707-6418.
  • You may voluntarily leave at any time — no penalties, no contracts.

Emergency & Same-Day Shifts

  • Emergency shifts are same-day requests where a client urgently needs coverage.
  • You will receive a text or call with shift details. Reply YES to accept.
  • Emergency shifts pay a $2/hr premium on top of your regular rate.
  • You are never required to accept an emergency shift — it is always optional.
  • Accepting and then not showing up to an emergency shift counts as a no-call/no-show with the same consequences.

Drug Screen & Background Check

  • A drug screen is required before your first assignment.
  • A $25 drug screen fee is deducted from your first paycheck.
  • This $25 is fully refunded after 30 days of successful employment as a retention bonus.
  • A background check is run before your first assignment at no cost to you.
  • Failed drug screens result in immediate removal from the roster.
  • Random drug testing may occur during employment.

Temp-to-Hire

  • Some assignments may lead to permanent employment directly with the client company.
  • After 90 days of successful assignment at the same client, they may offer you a permanent position.
  • You are never obligated to accept a permanent offer — you can continue as a Staffing Limitless worker.
  • If you accept a permanent position, your transition will be handled professionally with no disruption.
