We reward reliability. Your quality score starts at 100 and is tracked based on attendance, punctuality, and client feedback.
Bonuses are applied automatically to your paycheck. Combined with the referral bonus (up to $2.00/hr), you can earn up to $3.50/hr above base pay.
Important: Performance bonuses are separate line items on your paycheck — they are not changes to your base wage. Your base hourly rate stays the same. Bonuses appear as:
Bonuses are reviewed each pay period based on your current quality score. If your score drops below your tier threshold (due to no-call/no-shows, client complaints, or safety violations), your bonus will adjust down to the tier you qualify for. Maintain your performance and the bonus stays.
